Ingredients
- 2 cups steel cut oats
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Craisins (sweetened, dried cranberries)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 cups water
- granola for topping, optional
Preparation
Spray the insert of your slow cooker with nonstick spray.
Combine all ingredients, except for granola, in the slow cooker.
Cook, on LOW, for 8 hours. Stir before serving.
Top with toasted granola.
